At Vlozfriz, we are committed to providing high-quality garden and balcony arrangement services. We take pride in our work and strive to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with the results. This Return & Satisfaction Policy outlines our approach to addressing client concerns and ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services.

2. Service Satisfaction

We believe in the quality of our garden and balcony arrangement services. If you are not completely satisfied with the services we have provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will arrange a consultation to review your concerns and take appropriate action to address them, which may include:

  • Adjusting the arrangement to better meet your expectations
  • Replacing plants that don't meet our quality standards
  • Correcting any issues with the design or implementation
  • Providing additional consultation on plant care

3. Plant Guarantee

We select high-quality, healthy plants for all our garden and balcony arrangements. Our plant guarantee includes:

  • 90-Day Establishment Period: Plants that fail to establish within 90 days of planting, despite proper care according to our guidelines, will be replaced at no additional cost. This does not apply to seasonal annual plants, which have natural limited lifespans.
  • Plant Health at Installation: All plants will be healthy and free from visible disease or pest infestation at the time of installation.
  • Plant Identification: All plants will be correctly identified and meet the specifications agreed upon in the design plan.

4. Exclusions

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper care, neglect, or failure to follow our provided care instructions
  • Damage caused by pets, wildlife, or vandalism
  • Damage from extreme weather events, including but not limited to flooding, hail, drought, or severe frost
  • Plants affected by diseases or pests that were not present at the time of installation
  • Normal seasonal changes in plant appearance
  • Annual plants beyond their natural growing season

5. Plant Product Returns

For any plant products or garden accessories purchased from us but not yet planted or installed:

  • Unused, undamaged items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase
  • A refund will be issued in the original form of payment
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable
  • Plants that have been removed from their original containers cannot be returned

6. Service Cancellations and Refunds

Our policy regarding service cancellations and refunds is as follows:

  • Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed
  • Deposits for garden and balcony arrangements are non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled service
  • For ongoing maintenance services, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges for the scheduled service
  • Full project cancellations after materials have been purchased will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the material costs
