• Access to your property must be provided as agreed in the service contract
• Plant survival is dependent on proper care; we provide maintenance instructions but cannot guarantee long-term survival without proper care

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vlozfriz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Garden designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Vlozfriz, though clients have full rights to enjoy and maintain the physical garden.

Vlozfriz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost. For major projects, cancellation terms will be specified in your service contract.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
